I. Contraindications
Known severe hypersensitivity to Vitamin B12 or any of the excipients contained in this medicine.
II. Warnings and Precautions
- General Precautions: Do not use for extended periods if no effect is observed after initial use.
- Those working with mercury or its compounds should avoid long-term use.
- This medicine is photosensitive and should be stored away from light.
- This medicine contains cobalt. If you are known to be allergic to cobalt, please inform your healthcare provider.
- There have been cases of allergic contact dermatitis in patients with cobalt allergies after using this medicine.
III. Important Clinical Side Effects / Adverse Reactions
- Allergies: If allergic symptoms such as rashes occur, please discontinue use.
- Digestive System: Occasionally, symptoms such as stomach discomfort, loss of appetite, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, and abdominal pain may occur.
- Skin and Subcutaneous Tissue Abnormalities: Post-marketing reports have documented adverse reactions such as skin rashes, itching, acne-like rashes, angioedema, dermatitis, and erythema multiforme following the use of this drug.
- Immune System Abnormalities: Post-marketing reports have documented severe allergic reactions or anaphylactic shock following the use of this drug.
