Times change. SyntroMed keeps evolving. Our mission remains the same: safeguarding people's health.

In 1936, founder Lin Chin-Chih, driven by a desire to help people through medicine, rode his bicycle from door to door, delivering packets of medicine. He was among the pioneers in introducing pharmaceutical technology from the United States to Taiwan, founding Pharmaceutical Factory and opening a new chapter in western medicine manufacturing. He often said, “Making medicine is a matter of ethics.” Every product had to be one that he and his family could trust before it reached the public.

SyntroMed has a long history of developing diverse products from natural ingredients—including the once widely recognized roundworm treatment "Haishan Tablets", the contraceptive "Zanting Tablets", and "THROUGH F.C. TABLETS "C.M."(SENNOSIDES)", a leading laxative under Taiwan's National Health Insurance system. These products reflect SyntroMed's longstanding expertise in developing medicines from naturally derived active ingredients to meet people's healthcare needs.

As SyntroMed approaches its centennial, SyntroMed is developing plant-derived anticancer drug candidates and has launched the "Healthcare Package", a comprehensive self-care solution spanning prevention, treatment, and wellness. The Group is also expanding internationally, with the goal of becoming a global pharmaceutical and healthcare brand that helps people better care for themselves and those around them.
