Dosage and Administration
Ingredients

Generally, use twice daily. Apply an appropriate amount to the affected skin until symptoms disappear, and continue use until fully healed. It is also recommended to place a gauze pad coated with the cream between the fingers (toes).

Included per gm:

  • Isoconazole Nitrate 10 mg
  • Diflucortolone-21-Valerate 1 mg

Precautions

I. Contraindications

The safety of this medication in breastfeeding women and early-stage pregnant women has not been established. It should be avoided when large doses or prolonged topical treatment are required.

II. Warnings and Precautions

  1. This medication is for external use only. Do not use in the eyes. When applied to affected areas of the face, avoid contact with the eyes.
  2. Due to the possibility of controlled pituitary and adrenal cortex function with large doses or prolonged use over a wide area, caution should be exercised. If necessary, follow the doctor’s instructions.
  3. Prolonged or inappropriate use of topical corticosteroids can lead to rebound reactions (topical steroid withdrawal) after cessation of treatment. Severe rebound reactions may extend beyond the initial treatment site, and symptoms may include dermatitis with intense redness, stinging, and burning sensations, especially when used on more delicate skin areas such as the face and curved areas.

    If the above symptoms reappear within days to weeks after successful treatment, a rebound effect should be suspected. If re-administration of topical corticosteroids is necessary, carefully assess their clinical benefits and risks, or consider alternative treatment options.

    1. Pregnancy: The safety of topical treatment in breastfeeding women and early pregnancy has not been established. It should be avoided if large amounts or prolonged topical treatment are required.

      Skin and Subcutaneous Tissue Diseases – Withdrawal Reactions (Frequency Unknown): Skin redness, which may spread beyond the initial treatment area; burning or stinging sensation; itching; skin peeling; oozing.
