COSULA SYRUP

I. Do not use if you have any of the following conditions

1. A person who has had an allergic reaction to any ingredient in this medicine.
2. A person with CYP2D6 ultra-rapid metabolizer.
3. Breastfeeding women.
4. Children under 12 years old.

II. Consult a doctor before use if you have any of the following conditions

1. Postpartum women.
2. Persons with liver or kidney dysfunction.
3. Persons currently taking serotonergic drugs, including antidepressants and migraine medications.

People aged 12 to 18 with the following conditions: respiratory insufficiency (possible symptoms: difficulty breathing); neuromuscular disease (possible symptoms: muscle weakness); severe heart or respiratory disease (possible symptoms: chest pain, chest tightness); upper respiratory tract or lung infection (possible symptoms: runny nose, nasal congestion, cough, sore throat); multiple trauma or recent extensive surgery. People with coughs caused by smoking, asthma, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (chronic bronchitis, emphysema), or coughs with thick sputum. People with respiratory diseases such as chronic bronchitis, emphysema, chronic lung disease, shortness of breath, difficulty breathing, glaucoma, or difficulty urinating due to benign prostatic hyperplasia. **III.** Please consult a physician, pharmacist, or pharmacist before use if you have any of the following conditions: Pregnant women.

4. Currently taking other medications for colds, coughs, phlegm, rhinitis, or allergies.

IV. Other Precautions

1. To prevent accidental ingestion by children, please store this medicine properly.
2. Avoid direct sunlight.
3. Do not exceed the recommended dosage.
4. Shake well before use and measure the dosage using the measuring instrument provided by the manufacturer.
5. Do not use with central nervous system depressants, alcoholic medications, or beverages.
6. May cause drowsiness; do not drive or operate dangerous machinery.
7. Long-term use of opioid-containing drugs during pregnancy may cause opioid withdrawal syndrome in newborns.

 
V. Warnings

1. If any of the following side effects occur after using this medication, please discontinue use immediately and consult a doctor, pharmacist, or pharmacist with this instruction manual:
   • Skin: Rash, redness
   • Nervous system: Dizziness, tinnitus
   • Other: Sore throat, rapid heartbeat, difficulty urinating, blurred vision
2. If any of the following symptoms occur after using this medication, please discontinue use immediately and seek medical attention:
   • If any discomfort occurs:
   • Cough lasting more than one week, or high fever, purulent sputum, rash, or persistent headache.
   • Symptoms do not improve, or symptoms are accompanied by fever or fever lasting for three days.

   Sore throat lasting more than two days, accompanied by high fever, headache, nausea, or vomiting. Confusion, drowsiness, weakness, slow or weak breathing, constricted pupils, nausea, vomiting, constipation, loss of appetite, anorexia, low blood pressure, decreased libido, impotence, or amenorrhea. If you are taking serotonergic drugs, including antidepressants and migraine medications, you may experience agitation, hallucinations, coma, tachycardia, hyperthermia, difficulty coordinating, or rigidity. If you need to use this product, avoid breastfeeding your infant while taking it. Long-term use of this product can lead to addiction.
