Indications

Cough suppressant and expectorant (cough and expectoration caused by respiratory diseases).
Dosage and Administration
Ingredients

For children 12 years and older, administer 10ml twice daily. For children under 12 years of age, please consult a physician.

Each ml contains:

  • Codeine Phosphate 0.8 mg
  • Phenylephrine Hydrochloride 0.4 mg
  • Maleate (Pyrilamine melaeate) 0.664 mg
  • Potassium Guaiacol Sulfonate 6.64 mg

Precautions

I. Do not use if you have any of the following conditions

  1. A person who has had an allergic reaction to any ingredient in this medicine.
  2. A person with CYP2D6 ultra-rapid metabolizer.
  3. Breastfeeding women.
  4. Children under 12 years old.

II. Consult a doctor before use if you have any of the following conditions

  1. Postpartum women.
  2. Persons with liver or kidney dysfunction.
  3. Persons currently taking serotonergic drugs, including antidepressants and migraine medications.
  4. People aged 12 to 18 with the following conditions: respiratory insufficiency (possible symptoms: difficulty breathing); neuromuscular disease (possible symptoms: muscle weakness); severe heart or respiratory disease (possible symptoms: chest pain, chest tightness); upper respiratory tract or lung infection (possible symptoms: runny nose, nasal congestion, cough, sore throat); multiple trauma or recent extensive surgery. People with coughs caused by smoking, asthma, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (chronic bronchitis, emphysema), or coughs with thick sputum. People with respiratory diseases such as chronic bronchitis, emphysema, chronic lung disease, shortness of breath, difficulty breathing, glaucoma, or difficulty urinating due to benign prostatic hyperplasia. **III.** Please consult a physician, pharmacist, or pharmacist before use if you have any of the following conditions: Pregnant women.

V. Warnings

  1. If any of the following side effects occur after using this medication, please discontinue use immediately and consult a doctor, pharmacist, or pharmacist with this instruction manual:

Confusion, drowsiness, weakness, slow or weak breathing, constricted pupils, nausea, vomiting, constipation, loss of appetite, anorexia, low blood pressure, decreased libido, impotence, or amenorrhea. If you are taking serotonergic drugs, including antidepressants and migraine medications, you may experience agitation, hallucinations, coma, tachycardia, hyperthermia, difficulty coordinating, or rigidity. If you need to use this product, avoid breastfeeding your infant while taking it. Long-term use of this product can lead to addiction.
