Indications

Cough suppressant and expectorant (for cough and difficulty expectorating caused by colds, pharyngitis, acute and chronic bronchitis, bronchiectasis, and bronchial asthma).
Dosage and Administration
Ingredients

Adults take 1 capsule 3 times a day. Children’s dosage should be adjusted according to weight, age, and symptoms.

Each capsule contains:

  • Dextromethorphan HBr 20 mg
  • Carbinoxamine Maleate 4 mg
  • DL-methylephedrine HCL 25 mg
  • Potassium Guaiacol Sulfonate 90 mg
  • Noscapine 20 mg

Precautions

I. Do not use if you have any of the following conditions

  • A person who has had an allergic reaction to any ingredient in this medicine.
  • A person taking monoamine oxidase inhibitors (MAOIs) or serotonin reuptake inhibitors (SSRIs).
  • II. Consult a doctor before use if you have any of the following conditions

  • A child under 6 years old.
  • A person with liver, kidney disease, or other serious illnesses.
  • A person with a persistent or chronic cough caused by smoking, asthma, or chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (such as chronic bronchitis or emphysema).
  • A person with respiratory diseases such as chronic bronchitis, emphysema, chronic lung disease, shortness of breath, difficulty breathing, glaucoma, or difficulty urinating due to benign prostatic hyperplasia.
  • People with heart disease or over 65 years of age.

     
    III. Consult a doctor, pharmacist, or dispensary before use if you have any of the following conditions:

  • Pregnant women, women who may become pregnant, and breastfeeding women.
  • Currently taking other medications for colds, coughs, phlegm, rhinitis, allergies, pain, or fever.
  • People taking sedatives or sleeping pills.

  • Please store properly to prevent accidental ingestion by children.
  • Avoid direct sunlight.
  • Do not exceed the recommended dosage.
  • Do not take this medicine for more than seven days.
