Directions for use: Take 1 packet once daily (each packet contains 20g of glutamic acid).
It is recommended to mix with 150 ~ 200 ml of warm or cold boiled water (below 40℃), soy milk, milk, or juice. It can also be mixed with liquid or semi-solid foods before consumption, or used as directed by a doctor, pharmacist, nutritionist, or nurse (or rinse in the mouth for 10 ~ 15 seconds in divided doses before swallowing).
