Dosage and Administration
Ingredients

Four times daily, 10 ml each time for adults. For children 12 years and older, use the adult dosage.

Each ml contains:

  • Acetaminophe 10 mg
  • Chlorpheniramine Maleate 0.1 mg
  • DL-Methylephedrine Hcl 0.5 mg
  • Caffeine Anhydrous 1.25 mg
  • Potassium Guaiacol Sulfonate 2.5 mg

Precautions

I. Do not use if you have any of the following conditions

  1. A person who has had an allergic reaction to any ingredient in this medicine.

II. Consult a doctor before use if you have any of the following conditions

  1. Under 12 years old.
  2. Persons with liver, kidney disease, or other serious illnesses.
  3. Persons with persistent or chronic cough caused by smoking, asthma, or chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (such as chronic bronchitis or emphysema).
  4. Persons with respiratory diseases: such as chronic bronchitis, emphysema, chronic lung disease, shortness of breath, difficulty breathing, glaucoma, or difficulty urinating due to benign prostatic hyperplasia.
  5. Persons with heart disease and those over 65 years of age.

     

    III. Consult a doctor, pharmacist, or pharmacist before use if you have any of the following conditions

  6. Pregnant women, women who may be pregnant, and breastfeeding women.
  7. Currently taking other medications for colds, coughs, phlegm, rhinitis, allergies, pain, or fever.
  8. Concurrently taking painkillers, fever reducers, or cold medications containing acetaminophen.
  9. People taking sedatives or sleeping pills.

  11. Keep out of reach of children.
  12. Avoid direct sunlight.
  13. Do not exceed the recommended dosage.

    Shake well before use and measure the dosage using the measuring instrument provided by the manufacturer. Do not take this medication for more than seven days. Overdosing on Acetaminophen may be due to a desire for faster or stronger pain relief, or unknowingly or unintentionally repeating medications containing Acetaminophen. However, daily intake of more than 4,000 mg of Acetaminophen can cause liver damage. Alcohol Warning: Do not consume with alcoholic beverages, as Acetaminophen (Paracetamol) carries a risk of acute liver failure. May cause drowsiness; do not drive or operate dangerous machinery. Do not use with alcoholic beverages. Avoid consuming caffeinated medications or beverages. Excessive caffeine can cause nervousness, excitement, and insomnia, and often leads to tachycardia. To avoid dependence and liver and kidney damage, long-term use is not recommended.

 

V. Warnings

  1. If any of the following side effects occur after taking this medication, please discontinue use immediately and consult a doctor, pharmacist, or pharmacist with this instruction manual:
    • Skin: Rash, redness
    • Digestive system: Nausea, vomiting, loss of appetite
    • Nervous system: Dizziness, tinnitus
    • Other: Sore throat, rapid heartbeat, difficulty urinating, blurred vision
  2. If any of the following symptoms occur after taking this medication, please discontinue use immediately and seek medical attention:
    • If any discomfort occurs:
    • Cough lasting more than one week, or high fever, purulent sputum, rash, or persistent headache.
    • Symptoms do not improve, or symptoms are accompanied by fever, or fever lasts for three days. Sore throat lasting more than two days, accompanied by high fever, headache, nausea, or vomiting. Overdose (more than 4,000 mg of Acetaminophen daily), or the following symptoms occur after taking the medication: gastrointestinal upset, loss of appetite, nausea, vomiting, paleness, and sweating. Allergic reactions, such as: swelling of the face, mouth, and throat, difficulty breathing, hives, rash or other skin allergies, itching, and vomiting. ul ol
