SCARFREELY OINTMENT

Indications

It can be used to treat burns, scars, fistula osteitis, ulcerative bedsores, and varicose veins, and to prevent skin atrophy and scarring caused by trauma and surgical wounds.
Dosage and Administration
Ingredients

Apply an appropriate amount to the affected area. Before use, disinfect and clean the wound or ulcer. After application, cover with gauze. The frequency of use depends on the condition of the affected area.

Each gm includes:

  • Acexamic Acide 50 mg
  • Neomycin (as Sulfate) 4 mg
  • Sorbic Acid 4 mg

Precautions

I. Warnings and Precautions

  1. The following patients should use this medication with caution and under the guidance of their doctor:
    • Severe kidney disease
    • Venous tumors
    • Blisters caused by burns
    • Wounds that are currently oozing pus
  2. Non-lactating women should not apply this to their breasts to avoid ingestion by the infant.
  3. This product is not suitable for infants with newly formed skin or large wounds; and to avoid the development of drug resistance, a treatment period of one week is recommended.
  4. Patients with a history of allergy to the following medications should use them with caution: Streptomycin Kanamycin Neomycin Gentamycin ul ol

     

    II. Important Clinical Side Effects / Adverse Reactions

    Occasionally, discomfort such as rash, itching, swelling, and small blisters may occur.
