1. Clean the dentures with a denture cleaning tablet.
2. Apply adhesive to the dry dentures.
3. Before placing the dentures in your mouth, gently moisten them with water.
4. Take a sip of water to moisten your gums, then put on the dentures and bite down for a few seconds.
5. After the dentures have set, wait 5 minutes before eating.
