- Accepted the R&D request and became the original equipment manufacturer of the Sleepman Tablets from the “Whole Win Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.”.
- Accepted the formula R&D request and became the original equipment manufacturer of the Tri-Umbrella Yuluan Solution from “Daiyu Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.”.
2002
- Proven efficacy through the “Assisting Traditional Industrial Technology Development Program” ~ “Health Food – Siberian Ginseng Research and Development Project” counseled by the Industrial Development Bureau, Ministry of Economic Affairs: safe quality, and contains the function of elevating immune system.
- Received counseling from the Department of Commerce on “Chain Store Operation Integration Management” POS system.

- Passed assessment by the Bureau of Food and Drug Analysis, Department of Health, and was rated as a first phase cGMP pharmaceutical factory.
- Industrial Development Bureau counseled on the promotion of “Internal Electronic and Professional PDA for Enterprises” project.

- Mr. Lin Ben-Yuan began to serve as the Director of Taiwan Pharmaceutical Manufacturer Association, and became an industry voice regarding policy establishment and the pharmaceutical market.
- Established overseas business division in Singapore for the sales of beverages, health foods, and medicines.
- Received professional counseling from the Department of Commerce on establishing the B to B business system.
1999
- Participated the “Program of Affiliated Businesses Assisting with Small and Medium-sized Enterprises on Research and Development” of the Ministry of Economic Affairs, and the “Technology Development of Slow-release Preparations” researched and developed by the company passed the research and development application.
- Signed collaboration contract with the Medical and Pharmaceutical Industry Technology and Development Center on project collaborations of “Evaluation and R&D Counseling on Round Capsule Preparations” and “Formula Design and Manufacturing Process Development of Prolonged Cold Medicine in Capsules Formulation”.
- Collaborated with the Development Center for Biotechnology on the project of “Mass Production Technology for the Mycelium Fermentation of Hericium Erinaceus”; officially entered the biotechnology field, and initiated the new direction on researching and development for health foods and drugs.

- Obtained the distribution rights of “SMILE A” eye drop in Taiwan from Japan Lion Corporation.
- Introduced female condoms from the Female Health Company (UK) Plc, and obtained the regional distribution rights of the product.
